These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DROPIN’s website, mobile application, and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Use of Service
DROPIN provides a platform to discover and book fitness classes and related offerings. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and comply with venue and instructor rules when attending classes. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users’ experience.
Payments and Refunds
Fees, taxes, and payment methods are disclosed at checkout or in the app. Cancellations and refunds follow the policies shown for each booking or as required by law. Chargebacks or disputes may affect your ability to use the service until resolved.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DROPIN and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, where allowable.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
