Account and data
Request deletion of your DropIn Fitness account
DropIn Fitness users can request account deletion from inside the mobile app while signed in to the account they want deleted.
How to request deletion in the app
Deletion requests are authenticated and always apply to the currently signed-in user. Use this path:
Manage Account → Edit Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account
- Open the DropIn Fitness app and sign in.
- Open Manage Account.
- Select Edit Profile.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the information and confirm the deletion request.
The app may prevent the request while there are unresolved obligations, such as:
- an available wallet balance
- upcoming bookings or active passes
- pending refunds
- provider transfers or payouts
- future classes or active provider responsibilities
What happens after you request deletion
- When the request is accepted, the account is soft-closed and placed into a pending deletion state.
- You are signed out after the request. Signing in again while deletion is pending shows the deletion-pending screen.
- Access to new bookings, purchases, provider onboarding, or other new activity may be restricted.
- Existing refunds, payouts, disputes, or settlement activity may continue where necessary.
- DropIn Fitness support completes the deletion process after reviewing the request and any outstanding obligations.
Information that may be retained
Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment processing, regulatory, or security purposes.
Information that is not required to be retained will be deleted or anonymized as part of the completion process.
Can’t access your account?
If you cannot sign in or cannot access the in-app deletion option, contact DropIn Fitness support from the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
